Shay has 17 years of human resources experience in both BPO and manufacturing industries. After several years in operations and client services, she found her passion to be helping others and pursued a career in nursing and human resources, simultaneously. She found both paths allowed her to provide compassionate interactions with a diverse group of individuals. Shay’s experience in employee relations, recruiting and retention, growth and development, HR policy development and compliance, and continuous improvement align with the expectations of this role.
