Matt Hunt is President of OmniCare365. He has over 25 years of experience in the global contact center industry. Prior to co-founding OmniCare365, Matt led call center operations at Sykes, NexxLinx, Alorica, PRC, and Alltran serving Fortune 500 clients across a variety of industries including Healthcare, Retail Sales, Tech Support, and Customer Service among others.
Matt earned his degree from East Central University of Oklahoma. He is Six Sigma certified and has launched programs globally for some of the biggest brands in the world during his tenure in the BPO industry.
Matt is native of Oklahoma and has resided in the Durant area for over 25 years.
