Darla Hunt is Chief Organizational Development Officer at OmniCare365. She has over 16 years’ experience in the global contact center industry having served in leadership roles that span Operations Leadership, Six Sigma performance management, quality compliance, Human Resources and organizational development. Prior to co-founding OmniCare365, Darla worked in various roles at Alorica, PRC, and Alltran serving Fortune 500 clients across a variety of industries including Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, and Customer Service among others. During this time, she launched and supported programs for these brands through a variety of on-shore, near-shore and offshore models.
Darla’s role at OmniCare365 encompasses all aspects of managing and developing the amazing workforce including instructional design, process improvement, and Human Resources. Her innovative and consultative approach to all aspects of the business is balanced by her genuine passion for the company’s people-first value. As such, she spearheads their involvement in the community and many of the culture activities that have led to OmniCare365’s extremely high retention rates.
Originally from Las Vegas, Darla has lived in Durant for over 20 years.
